So, dinner tonight was a bust. I found this recipe for a ground turkey meatloaf, and since I usually keep ground turkey in the fridge, I decided to try it. I'm really particular about the texture of food, and this almost didn't taste fully cooked to me, even though it was steaming hot and not pink at all in the middle. Blah. Don't make this turkey meatloaf! CT assures me that meatloaf made with ground beef has a texture that I would like, so maybe someday I'll get adventurous and try it that way!

Thumbs Down Dinner - Ground Turkey Meatloaf
So, dinner tonight was a bust. I found this recipe for a ground turkey meatloaf, and since I usually keep ground turkey in the fridge, I decided to try it.
